All the classes will be primarily conducted in English, but if the doubts are raised in Hindi, or any other languages understood by the faculty, we would be glad to help you in your language, we ensure that language does not become an obstacle in learning.
Once you fill the apply now form on the website, you shall receive a call from our counselors, explaining you the details of the course and clearing your doubts. After you are ready equipped with all the details required, you are enrolled for the specific batch (Month & Time) of your interest.
Once all your Doubts are cleared and you are enrolled for a specific batch of the Online course, you need to fill the admission form online, submit all the documents required, once these are cleared by the institute, you shall receive a mail with a link for payment gateway. As soon as the procedure of Payment is complete, you will receive a unique Login Id for our Website. Now you have been admitted to the online course.
We really feel sorry that you are not interested in perusing the course anymore; we follow a policy of no refund of any amount once paid. In special cases for missing the classes due to valid reasons (as per the institute) the Institute might consider for enrolling you in some another batch, but the decision of the institute in all and such matters will be binding on the student.

The fees paid are for a complete course. In any case Fees once paid are NON refundable. For a missed class we can offer you the recording of the same class (made available on our portal for a specified time period) so that you do not miss the syllabus.
The admission is provided for one student and is NON transferable. No one can accompany the student during the online class. If such incidents are reported or even suspected by the faculty, a strict action will be initiated as per our discipline policy.
Online learning is similar to learning face to face. A student might have to give additional attention in focusing on the class especially when he is learning from home. We insist that the student chooses a silent room with no disturbances around him, which will help him to focus on the class. Use of cell phones or talking to someone else during the class is only going to divert his attention.
